Sarah Jennings was born about 1589 or 1620 in Northamptonshire, England.
Sarah first married Arthur Wood.[1] Then when he died she married Thomas Wooten by 1645 and they had at least a son, Richard. See the deed of 1645:
"Thomas Wood, son of Arthur Wood and Sarah Wooten, his mother, relict of Arthur Wood, deceased, sell to Richard Bennet of Blackwater 100 acres part of a pat of 746 acres in 1645----300 acres were conveyed to William Miles. 4 Jan 1668. Thomas Wooten. Sarah (X) Wooten, Richard Wooten."[2]
It appears that the 1668 annotation was added to the 1645 deed. Thomas Wooten's son, Richard, born in 1647, would be 21 years old in 1668.
She passed away about 1670 in Virginia. [3]
